These Rental Terms & Conditions apply to the rental of KOOL Therapy equipment. By completing the rental process, signing electronically, or submitting payment, you agree to these terms.
About This Rental
KOOL Therapy provides post-operative cooling comfort equipment that may be recommended by a physician or care provider. Renting and using the equipment is the customer’s choice.
Standard Rental Period
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, the standard rental period is two weeks. If more time is needed, any extension or change must be approved and may involve additional charges.
Payment and Order Review
Payment must be completed before shipment. Signing the agreement does not guarantee shipment. Each rental is reviewed before fulfillment.
Accurate Information
The customer must provide accurate contact and shipping details. KOOL Therapy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Proper Use
The equipment must be used only as directed and for its intended purpose. The customer is responsible for following all provided instructions and the guidance of their healthcare provider.
Medical Use Disclaimer
KOOL Therapy products are intended to provide cooling comfort support as part of post-operative or recovery care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice.
Care of Equipment
The customer is responsible for keeping the equipment in good condition while it is in their possession. The equipment must not be altered, misused, disassembled, or subjected to careless handling. Normal wear from proper use is expected.
Damage, Loss, or Missing Components
The customer is responsible for damage, loss, or missing components beyond normal wear and tear. If the equipment is returned incomplete, damaged beyond reasonable repair, or not returned, KOOL Therapy may charge for repair or replacement.
Return of Equipment
The customer must follow all return instructions provided by KOOL Therapy and return the equipment in acceptable condition at the end of the rental period. Late or incomplete returns may result in additional charges.
Ownership
All rental equipment remains the property of KOOL Therapy or its applicable owner at all times. Renting does not transfer ownership to the customer.
No Transfer to Others
The customer may not sell, lend, transfer, lease, assign, or otherwise provide the rented equipment to another person without written approval from KOOL Therapy.
Limitation of Outcomes
KOOL Therapy makes no guarantees regarding recovery outcomes, comfort levels, or medical results. Individual results may vary depending on the user, condition, duration of use, and other circumstances.
Acceptance
By completing the rental agreement and submitting payment, the customer confirms acceptance of these Rental Terms & Conditions.
